New students are covered for their first two months at your club
Register them at Tidyclub under "Intro Class Coverage"
This coverage is FREE for the first two months
After the two month period, they must register as full HEMAA members in order to be covered under your affiliate insurance. Email reminders to the student will be sent out automatically.
Students will not be insured for any incidents occurring before the date that you register them - there is no back dating.
