Official Activities Registration
If an activity is not submitted before it takes place, then that activity is an unofficial activity for which the HEMA Alliance can take no responsibility.
Only official activities can be covered by HEMA Alliance insurance.
This form is for HEMA Alliance Affiliates to register official HEMA Alliance activities. Recurring activities such as weekly practice times need only be posted once until the schedule changes.
The person doing the posting on this forum must be an individual Voting Member of the HEMA Alliance.
All Voting Members who are part of a HEMA Alliance Affiliate are presumed by the HEMA Alliance to be authorized by their Affiliate to declare and post official activities of that Affiliate, unless the Governing Council is informed otherwise in writing.
